What kind of games are played during the event?
We run a variety of non-traditional group games designed to get everyone laughing, competing, and interacting. The games are easy to learn, fast-paced, and perfect for mixed groups so no one feels left out.
Do you host the games or do we run them ourselves?
We handle everything. Our host and co-host guide the games, explain the rules, and keep the energy going so you don’t have to worry about entertaining your guests. Your only job is to relax and enjoy the party.
What types of events are these game nights good for?
Our private game night experiences are perfect for birthdays, couples nights, family gatherings, team building events, reunions, and celebrations where you want everyone involved and having fun.
Can the daiquiris be non-alcoholic?
Yes. Our daiquiri machine can serve non-alcoholic drinks if preferred.
Can we do half alcoholic and half non-alcoholic daiquiris?
Yes. Our machine is a dual chamber, so we can run one side alcoholic and the other non-alcoholic at the same time.
Can I add the daiquiri machine to a smaller package?
Yes. The daiquiri machine can be added as an optional upgrade to most packages depending on the event setup.
Can the music be customized for our group?
Absolutely. We can tailor the music to fit the vibe of your group or the generation of your guests so everyone feels comfortable and engaged.
Can the event be hosted at someone’s house?
For the safety of our host and co-host, we typically host events in public venues or event spaces. In some situations we may consider private residences on a case-by-case basis.
What if we want to host a party but don’t have a venue?
No problem. We can help with venue assistance and provide a list of locations where we’ve successfully hosted game nights in the past.
What is the maximum number of guests you can host?
We regularly host events for groups of up to 50 guests. If your event will have more than 50 people, please submit the contact form so we can discuss options for larger events.
How far will you travel for an event?
We travel within 30 miles of Huntsville for standard bookings. Events outside of that range may require an additional travel fee of $0.65 per mile. Travel costs may vary slightly depending on current fuel prices.
How far in advance should we book?
Recommend booking 3 weeks and greater from event date. Weekends and popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend securing your date as early as possible to ensure availability.
