Cancellation Policy
To secure your private event, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your date and applies toward your total balance. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the scheduled event.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your event and forfeit only the deposit if done at least 5 days before your scheduled event.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your event up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Your deposit will transfer to your new date, pending availability.
No Shows or Late Cancellations:
If you cancel within 48 hours of the event or fail to show up, the card on file will be charged the full remaining balance of the event.
