Cancellation Policy

To secure your private event, a $150+ non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your date and applies toward your total balance. The remaining funds are due 7 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations: You may cancel your event and forfeit only the deposit if done at least 5 days before your scheduled event. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. Your full payment will transfer to your new date, pending availability. No Shows or Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 72 hours of the event or fail to show up, there will be no refund. We understand life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs within our policy guidelines.
