Booking & Payment

• How do we secure our date?

  Select your package and submit your deposit. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and early bird promotional rates must be secured by October 31st.

• What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

  Deposits are non-refundable, but we will gladly work with you to reschedule your event to an alternate available date with at least 14 days' written notice.

Capacity & Customization

• What if our group is larger than 30 or 50 guests?

  We can easily accommodate larger groups! Contact us for a quick custom quote to add additional players, games, or facilitators.

• Can we extend the time beyond 3 hours?

  Yes. Additional hours can be added to either package for an hourly extension fee upon request.

Venue & Logistics

• Do you provide the venue, or do we?

  You provide the venue (office space, conference room, clubhouse, event hall, church, or outdoor lawn), and we bring the complete mobile experience directly to you. However, we can assist with securing a venue for an additional fee.

• Can events be held indoors and outdoors?

  Yes, our games and production work seamlessly in both indoor and outdoor settings.

• How much setup space is required?

  A cleared open area (such as a large conference room, banquet hall, clubhouse, or open lawn) is ideal. We adapt our floor layout to match your specific venue dimensions.

• How early does your team arrive for setup?

  Our crew typically arrives 45–60 minutes prior to your event start time to set up equipment, sound (mic), and games so everything is ready the moment your guests arrive. Setup and teardown time does not cut into your 3 hours of playtime. Teardown take about 30 minutes.

  Our high-energy hosts manage the rules, run the competition, provide music/sound, and keep your crowd actively engaged from start to finish, giving your organizers a completely stress-free experience.

  Yes! Our games are designed for high engagement, laughs, and mental relief without demanding intense athletic ability. Everyone can participate and have fun.
